Returns & Refunds
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Damaged/wrong items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll replace or refund at no extra cost.
To start a return: email pureharmony608@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds: approved refunds go to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Non-returnable: opened products, gift cards, and free/promotional items.
